Prices will vary depending on services subscribed (Internet, phone, IPTV, UPS, etc) as well as speed and data packages chosen. As Frogfoot is open access, you can choose from a variety of ISP packages on the portal under packages. This may include an installation fee determined by the Internet Service Provider.

How fast is Fibre really?

The Fibre access circuits feeding your house will be configured to deliver information at speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second, which is about 500-1000 times faster than your average ADSL line when it comes to download speed.

What does Open Access mean?

There are currently over 140 Internet Service Providers offering their services on the Frogfoot network. With the number of services available, the consumer has access to better pricing and more value-added services that suit their individual needs.

What role does Frogfoot play?

Frogfoot build and maintain the network. This means that we lay the infrastructure and install the fibre. The Internet Service Providers then provide services on the network to residents. As a resident, you will need to take out a package with an ISP on the Frogfoot portal.
