Are there any additional costs involved?

The standard installation fee includes a distance of 30 meters from the boundary box. The contractor appointed by Frogfoot will be able to advise and guide you through any additional relevant costs involved if you require more than 30 metres.  

What do I need to be aware of?

The position of the Wi-Fi equipment can influence the Wi-Fi signal strength.  These interferences can be thick walls, microwaves, or homes that are larger than 100m2.  

How many devices can I connect to the Wi-Fi?

Not all devices can handle a high-speed connection, oftentimes the newer, higher-quality devices (laptops, phones, TVs and gamming consoles) can support faster internet speeds but will cause interference with the Wi-Fi signal strength. You can connect up to 10 devices on this service.  

What is the difference between Frogfoot air and the standard Frogfoot products?

The Frogfoot air product is an entry-level WIFI-only fibre solution. The available speed is 25/10Mbps. If you have more than 10 devices to connect and require more speed, we would recommend that you upgrade to a standard Frogfoot package. This will allow you to connect multiple devices while streaming, working and enjoying online entertainment.
