Frogfoot will provide the ECSP with managed ECNS (Layer 2) connectivity on a wholesale basis for ECSP’s use to provide ECS to Subscribers between Subscriber premises and the nearest Frogfoot Aggregation Node.

The demarcation points for this Service are the Terminal Equipment (at each Subscriber premises) and the point at the Aggregation Node where the Link connects to the Frogfoot backhaul network. Backhaul and interconnect services and costs are excluded from the Access Business service and accordingly this service must be ordered in conjunction with a Bandwidth Edge or Bandwidth Core and an Access Connect service.
