Tired of running out of data or using your mobile device as a hotspot with your laptop? Then it’s time to get connected to Froggin’ Fast Fibre! With a reliable and super-fast internet connection, the buffering sign will be a thing of the past. Placing your order is as easy as 1, 2 3! All you need to do is hop on to our website, check for coverage and place your order online. Need some help with the ordering process? Have a look at our step-by-step instructions below.
How to check for Fibre in your area
In order to check your coverage, simply visit our coverage section and enter your full address in the search bar provided, as displayed below.
We have 4 indicators on our Fibre coverage map: Yellow, Red, Black and Blue.
Yellow indicates Work In Progress (WIP), this simply means that our froggies are still hard at work with trenching to make sure you get Fibre in your area as soon as possible. You can click on our Frogfoot pin, which will provide you with a projected forecast live date. Please note the dates provided on the map are purely projected dates as there are many external factors that need to be taken into consideration before an area can go live.
If your area is marked in the red zone, your area is unfortunately not being planned for at this stage, but please continue to check our website for the latest updates.
If your address is covered in the blue zone, you can place an order for Froggin’ Awesome Fibre and proceed to view the packages available on our website.
How to place an order for Fibre
Select your preferred Internet Service Provider (ISP), the data option (Uncapped or Capped) and the contract term. Once you have selected your preferred options, click on the search button. The system will populate the various packages available for your residential address. Below each package, are two options a ‘’Find out More Button’’ and a ‘’Order Now’’ button.
Find out More: Will provide you more details on the ISP as well as the installation details and contact information for the provider of your choice
Order now: Once you click on the Order Now button a pop-up box will appear asking for your details to supply you with a one-time pin for verification purposes.
Once verification has taken place, the below screen will appear. Enter your details, and register.
Once registered, the website will direct you to the order confirmation page. This is where you will accept the terms and conditions and place your order. Ready to take the leap and get connected with Fibre? Check for coverage here!
*Please note that your ISP is always your first point of contact. If you would like to follow up on your order, Fibre installation, or are experiencing issues with your Fibre, simply log a ticket with your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
