Here’s what you need to know:

Ongoing Challenge: Our network has been experiencing disruptions due to technical issues with certain equipment. We’re actively working with our vendors to address these challenges and restore stability to your service.

Communication with ISPs: We want to assure you that we are in regular communication with our ISP partners, updating them on the status of the network and any emergency changes required for stability.

Recent Progress: We’ve made significant strides in resolving secondary issues that emerged recently. All redundant routes are now operational, ensuring smoother connectivity for you.

Future Plans: To further enhance reliability, we’re implementing a plan to distribute key network points across multiple routers. This will help prevent future disruptions and ensure better service for you.
